Gaining weight with maca is serious sh*t, for me it’s hard to control it, even when working out 5x/week But it’s so worth it because of other benefits. By the way I don’t recommend any product that doesn’t say that’s it’s organic and from Peru.
The month prior you filmed this you said you weren't going to workout to gain some weight first. In order to gain weight, do you recommend not working out first and then just tone or did you actually workout while taking the protein to gain weight?? What worked best for you ? :)
