If you find the full serving is too much powder for you all at once (it is for me too), I recommend drinking 1 scoop mixed in with a smoothie in the morning and then one scoop mixed in with one at night! That way, you're still getting the full daily serving just not all at once and it's more enjoyable this way :) either way, I know its been a while since you posted this so I hope everything has gone well as far as your weight gain journey! 🥰❤
For anyone that find cow's milk to be too rich and 'gassy', try the plant based milks. Hazlenut, cashew or Almond work wel. Or for anyone with a nut allergy, the oat and coconut version are just as delicious, and i find they're more gentle on the tummy too😊

It helped me gain 15 pounds last year and when I ran out I didn't order another one and lost majority of the weight. Now I'm going to buy it back and just maintain the weight.
Why would you add orange juice to it no way that shit taste good💀🤦♂️and that’s not protein powder it’s weight gain powder and its not nutritional, it’s unhealthy… would recommend making a homemade shake that has the same amount of calories but is nutritional and has way more protein but you live you learn

I think u have to pair it with certain workouts. So to keep a flat stomach u needa do ab workouts and to grow a booty u gotta do squats and stuff. That way you can kinda choose where the weight goes, ya know?

GNC makes a mass gain powder called bulk 1340. The vanilla is very good just with powder and milk. I mix it with strawberries one banana and ice cream and I look forward to drinking it.
@@2paxs320 The 1340 is great bro. I mix it with water so it’s not so hard on my stomach. But just make sure you eat 3 full meals plus the 1340. I spilt it half in the morning and half at night. I went from 145 to 170 in 4 months. I did gain fat though, but at least I looked healthy and didn’t have my bones visible from my skin. I’m 6’2 btw. Unfortunately I just started a labor job about 3 months ago and that has been the reason I’ve lost most of what I gained. Just too tired to lift and follow nutrition plan anymore.
@@jessicamel424 yes .1 serving is for the whole day .the whole thing won't last you 3 days if you keep doing what you doing lol Plus you're not a bodybuilder . You don't +4500 calories with shakes only .
mmmm so I'm not 100% sure but I would drink after workouts to replenish the calories that you just burnt off. I wouldn't't drink it right before a workout though, maybe a few hours before. I don't think it matters too much when you eat/drink, just as long as you get your calories in
Probably but I wouldn’t try to gain weight at 14 because your still growing. Unless you’re underweight or something just get ur calories from regular food and not a protein shake

@@ralphkwabenaodum4287 It will get thicker in the fridge and you will have to add more orange juice to it and nobody has money to keep running to the store to get more juice. I would recommend making half of the recipe and saving the other half for later so that it is fresh.
I wouldn’t say it matters as long as u consume it but I typically eat my protein shakes in the morning and during dinner with creatine to go along with my lunch
I don’t personally know why the nose bleeds are happening.. However I’m assuming the headaches are due to overconsumption… For example, I take Vitamins and often times when I would take 3 I’d get a headache.. and I started noticing they would come after taking them… So I decreased to two of them and no I don’t get them after.. anymore. So I’d say try tapering down .. to see at what amount is no longer causing the headaches.. and maybe the nose bleeds will stop to if those two things coincide. I hope that helps🤗
This is the video that’s actually helped me the most out of all high calorie smoothie/shake videos I’ve watched. Literally in every other video they put in so much extra ingredients for “flavoring” when I’m just looking for a quick shake recipe with barely any ingredients so I can drink and go do what I need to do.
