glad I came across these videos Tee thank you, I just recently got the 622 and didn't realize it can get hot which kinda suck since i got the 622 for really good price but you help me to made up my mind to return the 622 and look at 633 or hopefully I can snag the apple magsafe battery pack if that ever gets a sale here (sweden). I have the smaller one and use it with my S22U due to the poor battery life on that device (Exynos). Use a MagSafe case with a strong battery and it stays on there as if glued. I keep it on all day and recharge at night. I use the 85% battery limiter on the S22U. The pack turns on when I get down to 83% if being used, and if not used it turns on at 80% to recharge back to 85%. It never heats up doing run of the mill stuff (do not game). I have ordered the bigger one and will see how that goes. Would recommend the smaller one for the S22 line due to that 85% limiter, but not for other brands. Tried it on the Pixel and gets very hot and keeps charging even when full which is pointless. Same with the iPhone and why I use the Apple MagSafe as that limits charge to 90%. As long as you do not mind the extra bulk, I like it for grip, then the smaller one is great.

Def seems like a great use case for the S22 Ultra with the settings you can utilize. Just sucks that it’s hot or miss for other devices.

What magsafe case do you use? I got my girl the galapple case on Amazon and it works pretty well but I'm not sure for the s22 ultra

I got a 633 for my iPhone 14 Pro with an Apple Original clear mag case. The Anker 633 hangs over the bottom of the iPhone considerably! The manufacturing of this was thought out in the school yard .. horrible .. and it is MASSSSSSIVE! It’s very thick there is no way it can comfortably be used while on. This is for charging the phone while the person is asleep …

Great vid! I understand holding off the review because of amazon stock issues in the states, but in the UK it was fine and the 622 went on sale at the same time and I was really looking forward to this review before deciding! I do think I’ll go for this one over the 622 so I’m glad I held off.

What would happen if the 633 is magnetically attached to the iphone & then you attach a cable from this into the phone? Will the speed of PD charging (20w) overtake the speed of the wireless (7.5w) ? Thanks!

Brought this but I regret it after using it for a few months. I am not able to charge the phone properly as the battery heats up the phone and the charging needs to pause once in a while. Even if this has bigger capacity than Apple’s, I am not able to charge the phone more than 10% since most of the power is lost due to the heat.

i think i prefer the rubber stand on the 5.000 mAh one, but the heat dissipation wasn't great because of that rubber i think, plastic is better , but i'm not sold on the stand , i feel like when on portrait mode if u touch the screen on a slippy surface it will move more easily than the rubber one right ? i'm hesitating to buy this new one still but love their magsafe batteries so much . thx for the review.

I am hoping to get the iPhone 13 Pro Max at the end of this month. I would definitely be interested in seeing a phone case bracket video including the Rebel Series Gen-3, Pitaka, Rokform, Mous Limitless 4.0, Otterbox Defender XT, and any other cases. The ones I mentioned are merely cases that I am looking into purchasing because of your case videos. I am only considering the Otterbox because I have one on my current iPhone. That case has served me well because I use an electric wheelchair and my phone has accidentally been dropped under the wheels before. However, I am quite interested in the other cases I mentioned after watching your videos. They all seem to have a good amount of protection. Thank you for your videos!

After watching your videos I bought the ESR halolock car charger and ESR classic kickstand case and am loving it for my iPhone 14 pro. Regarding the MagSafe battery pack and putting aside the battery capacity, which would you recommend ESR halolock mini or ANKER 633 ?

Great video! very informative, I'm really glad i watched this before making my purchase. You've changed my mind on this product, doesnt seem worth it really. if im in desperate need of some battery life, id rather have a larger/wired power bank like the Anker 747. I can charge my devices faster and more times, and I can charge the power bank itself fairly quickly with the right charger, like the Anker 735.

Yea Amazon had them. It also doesn’t get as hot as the smaller one. So that’s nice and it has a USB port to charge other devices. I really like it. It’s not something I need often though.

I wish wireless charging speeds would catch up to the huge wired charging speed that newer smartphone have these days. I'd much rather carry around a powerbank that gives me quick +30% battery life boost within a short amount of time instead of having a chunky magnetic block stick to my phone for hours

I would have loved to see them actually abandon the mini versions width and make the battery slimmer but wider would have been such a great inhand feel. Hopefully as 14 onwards there will no mini so people will start making slimmer magsafe stuff but wider
