Episode 26 - We do a quick road trip up to see some old mates in Gladstone for a long weekend. First thing Saturday morning Fred says to Tim "lets go and get some firewood before this wet weather comes in later this morning and l will show you some serious 4wd tracks around here that will make our old 4wd trips we did back in WA look easy." So off they went in Freds Toyota Hilux to collect firewood and have some fun 4wding on some very steep, gnarly and washed-out tracks. Queensland is a great 4wding destination and has such a variety of OFF ROAD tracks from sandy beaches to muddy bog holes to steep rocky tracks to some great river crossings. But when it comes to steep shaly tracks then Gladestone has many to choose from.
