This is Keith, and this week I have another customer service video Tip of the Week classic to share with you. Hey there. This is Keith with this month's customer service tip of the month. And I just stopped at Starbucks. Maybe the last time I ever go to a Starbucks? I think their service is horrendous. I the amount of nobody has any urgency in there to actually serve you. And and if there's a line, they don't care through the drive through, they're they're doing their chit chat stuff. And I just so today I actually, I usually won't go there if there's a line, if I see there's a line. So today I'm driving by and I see, oh no, line in the drive thru. I can maybe get through and not take forever to get through. So I go and I place my order, and I'm sitting at the drive through window, and I can see my grande ice latte being made, and I can see that the espresso is in the bottom of the cup, and the barista is talking to the gal who helped me at the window, and she literally stops and talks to the lady my espresso is in the bottom of the cup. Okay, remember this, the next thing to do is put the milk in. The next thing to do is put the ice in. So she literally stops and starts talking to her co worker and and I'm sitting there, and I'm like, Are you kidding me? And then so shows. Finally she puts the the milk in. And then she stops and talks to her co worker again. Before the I said, I finally just said, Hey, can you stop talking? Put my ice in my in my drink, and give it to me. And then the gal at the drive thru comes over and starts arguing with me about the shoes waiting for the espresso. I could see the Espresso from the minute I drove up. It was in the bottom of the cup. Here's the point when you hear, see a customer, a client, a patient, everything else is put on hold, first, foremost and exclusively. What the weight on that customer? The customer is king. Serve the customer, and don't be talking to your co workers while you're serving customers. Focus on the customer and do what you do so well that people can't help telling others about you. And what now problem with Starbucks is, I do like their coffee and, gosh, I don't like anybody else's coffee about around where we live
