The house is truly amazing for the super rich. I love that open family room where you can see both the sunrise and the sunset, never seen one like that. The ceiling though with those sticks I wonder if they are treated well baka pag nagising ka eh maraming bukbok sa mukha mo. The views are incredible, you wake up and just look outside and say I am so blessed to have this house. The trees, the mountains and the sea will just make you feel blessed. My preferred color though is all shades of gray but it is called a Balai Tropical so that is understandable.

The design has a touch of the expert... so intricate yet durable. All angles that were shown is a masterpiece. I can like live or stay on that house for a lifetime if given a chance. How I wish I have enough money to build such an iconic, classy, and a work of art house..... I cant express much... best words to described it is "pleasing redundancy" .... thumbs up to the people who build such piece of art... BRAVO!!!

Hey there! Julia, I found this channel out of curiosity and decided to plunge in and subscribe. Greetings from Northern California. This house was well thought out in my opinion. The collapsing door on the first floor is common here in the beach homes i.e. Monterey, Carmel, and Santa Barbara. They are also used a lot in Arizona. Batangas and Tagaytay are on the top-tier selection on my list in looking for land purchase in the near future and eventually the design, planning, and construction of my home. I also enjoyed the family room on the second floor. The way the house is oriented speaks a lot about the architect's mindset, the east end of the structure receives the sunrise and is then passed through to the west end to receive the sunset. The design of that floor gives dividends on the airflow coming through. One can only imagine that inner peace and relaxation as you can experience that bliss and relaxing tone it can set. The views are stellar overlooking the ocean. I would have to admit my favorite part is that outdoor kitchen. I like to cook so time permitting I spend quite a bit of it on my own backyard cooking. Incidentally, I saw a coverage you did on the floating mansion of Tagaytay and It peaked my interest. I too have found a video randomly of a house on the highlands Tagaytay a while back. I've tried a couple of times to post the link on here but the channel keeps bumping it off thinking I'm a bot. With that conveyed I was curious to see if you can do a BYO on it if it is still available. There was a realtor that did a tour on it, unfortunately, it is not the same caliber as your presentations. The house I do believe is contemporary rustic in design and is actually owned by an architect. It is priced at 90 Mil. Let us see if your firm can rise up to the challenge and BYO that home, hopefully not too much red tape. It will definitely help lighten my load in finding that architect. By the way, I like Cacho construction and in the near future will contact Karen. Thanks again for the vids. Definitely enjoy your mesmerizing smile. Salamat!

So simple, minimalist, yet cool, refreshing and cozy! Love this house very much, it's so homey and relaxing! You know, that "feels good" feeling when you step inside the house! A real spot to take a breather what with its tropical and native Filipino theme/design! Just watching the video gives me that relaxing feeling already, what more if you are actually inside the house or living in it! Wow! That is great!🥰🥰🥰

Hi Julia... You guys did an amazing job shooting this video and i think it would be an understatement to say that this house is beautiful... I guess this is the first video I watched from Presello that stretches down for the whole 40 plus minutes without making me feel bored watching it, I didn't even feel it that long for sure the house is designed in such a way that the more it is shown the more interesting it gets... The owner of the house have a very fine taste and knows what he/she wants, the Gen.Contrator is equally amazing... Good job...

Beautiful ! Credits to the architect who was able to express the clients dream . The engineers who did the mechanicals and craftsmen that the general contractor used. My dream house is just 135-150 m2 on one hectare with views.
