@@servicenow911 CIs are only representative of your technical catalog, the Business Catalog has no CIs, those are your categories and services you provide to your internal and external customers. They have to be designed and created, not discovered like CIs.

You can import directly in system as normal using data source as excel. Make good IRE rules and affluent it while importing
