Hi Justin, could you please tell me if updating a ticket in Jira (changing status, adding comment/description/attachment) will be reflected in SNOW as well? Does the synchronization work in both directions? It would be nice to have a complete tutorial where you show how to build a flow that works in both directions and covers all the fields (status sync, attachment sync, comment sync, description sync).
