Serviced a few of these. First one I've ever seen that doesn't have a leaking rocker cover. Usually middle sparkplug tubes are filled with oil, and the coil pack covered. It's worth taking the VVT solenoids off and cleaning them as well, prevents the dephasers from breaking up internally. These VVT engines are notorious for making a horrible rattle on start up, and when driving if they get too worn. Edit: Looks like it is leaking at the edges of the cylinder head.
