I did a dc28 I changed the electronic head , bin, base plate , filters /hose and new attachments it works and looks great now

I resurrected the DC27 that my neighbour gave me to sell when she moved out. Totally clogged with sawdust from the cage of her pet rabbits & the brushes were clogged with her own long hair. All tubes were also clogged up too. A couple of days and a replacement filter later, it was like new. One happy new owner! 🙂

Dc33 are nice and still popular dysons Sam- had a few pass through my hands in the last few years - got to say I prefer the near identical dc27 myself - but on the whole the 33 itself is a good dyson!thanks for another great video

Just FYI as there is another RU-vid Channel "VacLab" he shows opening up bearing like that you picking out the old dried grease and repacking them with an electric motor grease that is hard to find in the States but the tub he has will last a long time. He has used it on brushrool to motor bearings. I assume that repacking bearings like that would last longer. Not judging but trying to share information.

I've got a tube of bearing grease, but also a tin of spray bearing grease (quite thick, easier to use sometimes!). Will have a look and see what he uses, always good to find new things to use! As you say though, it all lasts ages once you've bought it! (my tube of grease is getting harder to squeeze nowadays though... 😂)

@@beko1987 The Tube he uses looks like one for a grease gun and he just sticks his finger or a screw driver into it with one end cap off.
