In this video we cover the subject of servo horn height. Something which is often overlooked but has a big impact on the handling & feel of the car. I explain in depth which servo horn height options you have to your disposal on your XRAY X4 & T4 cars!
The items shown in the video are:
Kit X4 & T4 servo saver, part number 372503
HUDY Clamp Alu Offset Servo Horn, part number 293401
HUDY 2-hole Clamp Alu Servo Horn, part number 293404
Please note that the servo horn part numbers are specific for the servo spline size. In my case - 23T - for Sanwa/KO etc.

Honestly, I really like the highest position, 23mm on the longest servo horn. Manual says not to do it but in 21t I like the very high steering feel it gives

Hi Alex, what advantages does using a lower hole position have over just turning down the steering curve on the transmitter? Reducing the curve is my usual go-to if grip is too high or steering is too sensitive.

Changing the horn height is a mechanical change, not only digital, and thus, will have a more profound effect on the handling.
