@@unyimesolomon9351 You can use honey and sugar but I am not sure if honey alone would work. Sugar is what hardens it. But you can give it a try.

There is no need to add lemon if you are using corn syrup but you can use it if you want lemon flavor. Thanks for watching.

How long can we store it?

It is good for about 1 - 2 weeks or more. It doesn't really go bad but the problem is that the taste might begin to change after a while and if not stored properly, it will lose its crunchiness. You can try to refrigerate it if you want it to last longer.
