Fantastic video! Thank you for the update :) Question for Dennis: In 2008 it seems like there was a rapid correction which may have been catalyzed by the nature of the GFC. When you look at this run up, do you think the correction will be similarly quick? Or more gradual over 3-4 years?

I believe the correction is imminent and will mirror the drop in '08 by Q4 of this year and is currently being fueled by increased inventory and trickling transactions

it's actually happening as I type, prices are coming down, more inventory is coming to market and less sales so I believe its just around the corner Q4

The issue with U.S.Banks have nothing to do with Biden policies but the fact that they play too much the leverage game and are not ejnough capitalized. Stress tests are not mandatory for medium banks and when mandatory they are a joke, designed to tickle the box but don't carry any seriousness. The whole model is to facilitate the business when there is growth (low interest rate, no regulations, mllions pour in everywhere investors seems fit) but when the slightest of bad time happen (no growth, inflation driving interest rate up) thes banks for what they are : naked emperors.

Exactly considering his facts are very skewed. DOM is higher because the depreciation law expired in 22 so everyone was buy jets before the law changed. That’s also why values increased heavily the last few years.

Uhhhh….no. Stick to correlation. Only lib/dem/radicals would take issue with this analysis.
