Nice park i built here. I finished in 2032, then got in my time machine and posted this vid

Hi very cool! They rebuilt this park in 2132, now its hoverboards only

History on this park. Core bmx and boards along with a bunch of local skaters and bmx riders lashed the city to use the land there that was unused to build a park. The plans were dicked around so many times. At one point in 06 to I think 08 or 09 there was a few shitty jumps in the area made of dirt. Barely rideable. The councilor for rhe area and some of her friends tried really hard to push rhe whole skate vs bikes thing and tries to ruin the vibe of the park. The restoration also included some other stuff across the street as well as building the plaza. However when the councilor and her idiot friends didn't get their way the lighting that was supposed to be for the skate park magically got moved across the street and the lighting there re done. Amazing park. But it gets dark af at night. There is also alot of drainage issues in the park and when it was brand new it was like glass because the concrete was all polished. You got a McDonald's and some other food options in the area as well as the beach just south of you. If you have a bike and your board it's a great starting point for street spot searches. Heading north east or west and any combo of north and east or west will take you towards spots if you search.
