I was doing a low carb diet I dropped a lot then I broke my foot couldn’t stand or move much so I couldn’t cook my food or shop for my things. I’ve been struggling to get back to where I was now my small goal is to eat better and move around more. I went walking for a couple weeks now I’m back at the gym and got back into body boarding. I will get there slowly
