i want to set my speakers as default device but when i click on them it doesn't let me set it as default i just can't click on set as default please help THANKS
+ansar Rana Navigate to the Playback Devices. Right click on the area where Devices were listed. Choose “Show Disabled Devices” Disabled devices will be shown. Right click the device and select “Enable” Now your speakers will be enabled.
@@HPSupport really very sorry sir but when i press show disable devices no device appear but a tick was marked on statement...😑😑 and when i connect headphones the i hear the sound but there was a sound"sheeeeeee" that was disturbing me 😕😕

Assuming that you are trying to set external speakers as the default, are they connected to the computer, and does the computer recognize that they are connected? If not, have you tried to use a different audio jack, if possible? Also have you verified that the speakers are working? Please let me know.

Press and hold the power button for at least 20 seconds. Reinstall only AC power for the first startup. Power on - Log in. Test the sound. Next time you shut down the system, put the battery back in.
