Setting the Time on a 4R35/NH35 Automatic Movement 

Correction: When handwinding the watch do not pull it out to the first position, it's natural position once the crown is unscrewed allows you to hand wind the watch, on watches with no screwdown crown just spinning the crown in place while it's recessed usually lets you handwind as well. If you're aiming to wind the watch by hand and the date or day wheel starts moving you've gone too far
