Why isn’t korean law strict... literally you can get away with murder or just spend a year in jail and move on with life.

I will only say this. YG Entertainment has had conflicts with Korean media (KSB and M Countdown) for approximately 10 years. So the Korean press is not impartial either. If you think they bribe the police, then I think the press does what is best for them. I recently read a new about a KSB news anchor who was accused by MOLKA. And KSB was silent on the matter lol

Don’t quote me because I’m not a lawyer. I’m just a person who was forced to watch A LOT of law&order growing up. But if you were a person from America that hit and killed a person then tried to burry them and was caught in the act you would get close to life in jail. You would probably be charged with: - Hit and run (assuming he buried the body at a different place) - Leaving the scene of a crime - Tampering with evidence - Found at the scene of another crime And probably more especially since you wouldn’t have to make this case because it literally grew legs and walk into the police station on its own.
