Why did y’all put “German wines” in the beginning. Ruins half the fun which is me guessing along with the somm :( Besides that, good video. Have missed this series tremendously

I heard acid and medium aroma intensity and was like Silvaner :) If it is basically Riesling without the explosive aroma its probably Silvaner
