That was an attack, Use of force is used to detain someone, Five steps away and the so called officer was getting ready for the punch. He realized he was in trouble when the guys head hit the floor then went behind him to make sure he didn't pass out, most dangerous at that point. He was walking away he was already no match for the multiple officers following him, that equals an attack.

This cell phone video showed me the orange shirt guy was in the cops face yelling, cussing, and challenging cops. Cops had told him multiple times to back up and leave but the guy stayed in the officers face. He got what he deserved.

He worded it that way because it is under investigation. He said he sees what we see and that it doesnt look good. But as in all cases, people have the right in due process. Be patient my guy or gal, I'm sure it is only a matter of days before we hear the results. Just based on this interview I get the feeling that these cops are and will be in trouble because all they can say in defense could be something to the effect he was making verbal threats or something which obviously is not excusable and not the way that department trains.

chief proves himself a liar the moment he says "I see an unprovoked attack, not an attack, unprovoked use of force." Changing how you word it shows how the police chief intends to spin this to protect the criminal who attacked that man knocking the victim to the ground. Then that same attacker pulls the man to a sitting position and faces the other cops, at this point we need to know what they said to each other. I am willing to bet that the badged criminal was asking the other cops to help arrest the victim, and they refused. However that was the moment the other cops failed to be cops and became criminals as well. They walked away from a felony they witnessed, and refused to arrest the guilty party and refused to provide aid or to even call for aid for the injured victim. This should be investigated by the feds and federal charges brought against the criminals with badges. If the chief himself goes any further than he already has in this video, to cover up the crime and protect the guilty he should be charged as well, conspiracy to cover up a crime and any other crimes he commits along the way in protecting the criminals he employs.

This sort of kind of remind me of the protest in Buffalo New York except the police sucker punched a 75 year old protester who unfortunately suffered serious head damage. I have some experience in unarmed combat and it keeps bothering me when officers hit low threat citizens with rear hands. Your leed hand is used for jabs the rear hand is used for power putting momentum of Body and rotation of hips and shoulders to create a much larger force.

I was first arrested when I was 14, hanging out with my friends smoking a joint, that was 48 years ago, before camera phones. 12 cops showed up to bust our party (there were 3 of us) we were at a lake close by my friends house, sitting on a log, we were knocked off the log by 3 cops, and arrested for smoking a joint. I ended up with a dislocated shoulder, one of my friends had a broken wrist the other whiplash from getting neck tackled. We were all 14-16 year Olds. Now for the real bad, I personally witnessed cops beating, shooting, and twice killing teenage kids where we were from. I lived in a rural area, there were no Hispanics or African American families. Cops are born and raised to be this way, it don't matter what color you are, 80% of cops where I was from were crooked, I'd love to go on and on but we all know what cops are good for.
