The tourists should not be allowed to touch the horses because some go out of their way to provoke the guards and are so rude and disrespectful , we don't want people like that in our country.
Totally agree but idiots are everywhere and sadly most are overseas tourists who would never do that in their own country so makes you wonder why they think it is fine to do it in London.
@kaafromoz They do it because they are allowed to get away with it. If they weren't allowed near the Guards and their horses, they would realise they are to be respected and not petted and prodded.

The annoyance on that woman's entitled face when the foot guard didn't perform for her! Most of these tourists seem to think the guards are interactive Disneyland toys there for their amusement. Some people's awareness just doesn't function properly I guess.
The woman with pink top looked so annoyed when the Guard walked away.. I expect she thought he ought to stand there all day for her. She touched his helmet too... people are menaces
@@RunPJsdon't be so sure. I've seen a few of the Guards use their horses to make people stand back behind the bollards where they belong. Pestering ACTIVE DUTY personnel (which they are), ought to rate a fine.

Sometimes I watch these videos from Italy. The shouts of the guards amuse me. The lady who wants to take the bottle that fell into the horse's excrement think that England had run out of water? How disgusting...
There are boundary lines, most of the tourists feel entitled and have no boundaries. Video people are very respectful, stand behind the bollards while filming.
I agree. They are begging to get kicked and if they were, they'd be looking for compensation! We are too soft by far. Massive respect for the job these men, women and horses do.
The sad thing is that even after the guards get onto someone within 60 seconds, the next disrespectful person does the same thing. And it's even posted.

Why would you think it's OK to f**k about with a professional soldier with a drawn sabre, aboard a huge horse? When I visited, I kept my distance and showed some respect.

It’s the look of incredulity when they realise the signs and warning actually apply to them too. I simply don’t believe that people come to visit this country to see our world famous historical sites without speaking or understanding a word of English. How do they negotiate their visit? Unless they all stay in the luxurious 5* Raffles Hotel across the road or one of the 5* hotels in Trafalgar Square they must be able to negotiate the tube or get taxis. I strongly suspect some of them deliberately grab the reins or walk into the box just to get a reaction, a “look at me folks” and a spot of RU-vid notoriety. Why don’t they save themselves the trouble and expense, stay at home and disrespect their own military instead. Maybe it’s cos they know they’d end up with more than just being shouted at. The one in the flip flops is lucky it was only her flip flops the almost 1000kg combined weight of horse, rider & kit the horse chose to stomp its iron shod hoof on to - otherwise she could have been hopping around on one leg permanently. Then the imbecile in pink - how dare the on duty guard walk away when I was just insulting him, invading his space and wanting a photo to record my ignorance. Is that the only bottle of water in the world? And who’d want to drink from it given where it had been? Who’d risk spooking a horse by scrambling around underneath it just to retrieve an easily replaceable bottle of water. Do some of these people just forget to pack their common sense or don’t they have any in the first place. Thanks for the compilation Buska but some of these videos are no good for my blood pressure.
You do realize most brits go to other countries without speaking a word of their language right? Like I agree with what your saying, personally I think if your going to another country it's respectable to atleast learn some important words first. But our own tourists do the same thing in other countries?

Tourists visiting London these days are so bloody rude! I don’t blame the guard one bit for how he reacted.

Why is it so hard. The kings Guard is in control of the horse and holding the rains. If you take the rains the control is taken away from the mounted Guard. Do Not Touch any part of the bridle, rains mounted Guard that shows a great deal of disrespect to the Kings Guards.

The guardsman yell at tourists to not touch the reins and there is a sign posted that reads, "Don't touch the reins". Why can't these stupid tourists read the damn signs.

The security of the guard is paramount, I don't understand why a perimeter cannot be made so that the public can only. put their hands on the horse even the guard soldier.
Can these people NOT read? It clearly says “Don’t touch the reins”! If you can’t read English at least realize it’s a sign with an instruction! And not one of them acknowledge the serving soldier sitting on the horse! It’s NOT Disneyland!

I have NEVER seen such disrespect as these tourists. Truly disgraceful. Im not from England but if I did visit I would not go gawking at the working guards and horses. God bless them for their service.
