People seem to think that now hes fixed and thats it, in less than 8h he will be in the same position as before, i have this issue for years it cant go away

@@AB-cd5gd yes it is! My brother has kyphosis badly, too. I do stretches every now and again and have been having chiropractic treatment since I was little! But still there is the slight hump.

You could see how uncomfortable the patient was at the beginning of the video, before receiving treatment, and then he noticeably stood taller and straighter after being adjusted.

Damn maybe I have this problem. I know I have one upper vertebrae the clearly feels misaligned - a lot of gradual upper back weight lifting physical therapy and back wheel roller has reduced the pain like 80% but still seems maybe out of place.
