@@songoku6067 1) be mindful of your posture, keep your shoulders back and chin up. 2) overhead raise and hold - holding a straight bar with your hands slightly wider than shoulder width (no weight) and try to lift it up and over your head so your shoulder blades come together and holding that position for a few seconds before releasing, keep your eyes up and looking at the ceiling 3) static hanging - just hold onto a pull up bar and let your back decompress (if you have bad grip strength you can use an assisted pullup machine for counterweight 4) bends - just simply put your hands on something table height, keep your knees slightly bent, and bend your body down so your ears are between your shoulders, hold there and breath, then return to the standing position and repeat. 5) aussie pullups - use a low bar for modified pull-ups at a 45 degree angle, helps to reset the posture because it forces you to pus your chest upward
