Severe turbulence, emergency landing were 'surreal,' injured Singapore Airlines passenger says 

Bradley Richards, who was on board the Singapore Airlines flight that experienced severe turbulence, spoke to CBC's Heather Hiscox from an intensive care unit at a hospital in Bangkok about going into 'panic mode' after seeing so much blood, and the scene on the plane as the pilot made an emergency landing.
