I like scrappy but I don't mix things like modern, civil war, liberty so this would never work for my brain. I watch sew yeah a lot but rarely buy anything. I did enjoy seeing what you got though.
I frequent the SewYeah sales on Tuesdays and Saturdays and I usually find something that I like and I buy it. I have only purchased one Scrap Bag but it was a fun thing to do and to see what came. I also love it that they do service projects to help others - that is definitely needed. Thanks for sharing your Scrap Bag, it was fun to watch.
Very nice variety of scraps. Thank you for sharing because I was wondering about the scrap bag. I did just receive my minky scrap bag. I've never worked with minky so now I can experiment
Holy Smokes! That's a lot of different fabrics! I LOVE pink...lol! ❤️ I would be very pleased with that pkg! I think you received a really large amount of very usable fabrics.
This is great to do scrappy log cabin. Just cut it down to either 2 in or 2 1/2 inches. Pick one for the center block in each block. My scrap bag was not so good. It was nothing wider than 2 inches but had been torn so one end would be wider than the other end.was upsetting but only ended up with less than half.
Hi I’m new to your channel loving all the pinks some good looking fabrics in the scraps, I went to there site didn’t see any scrap bag options? Is it a live show thing?
I paid 65.00 for mine and it was a quarter of the size and amount. I inquired about it and they said it was by weight. Mine was 3lbs. Was not happy. Then tried the mystery with jelly roll, fat quarter, charm pack. Was supposed to be from brand new 2023 and I received Christmas nomes, John Wayne charm pack, Felicity which I finally liked. Not my thing. Always disappointed.
@@cheriefisher1178 I will have to look. But it sounded great and everyone was getting wonderful packages. Mine were too small and no fat quarters. It literally looked like I threw out my scraps. 😂. That’s ok I learned my lesson. 🌸
Just wondering if you would sell those two fabric pieces from Whistler Studio, the red/orange/purple chevron and the pastel piece in blues and greens. You did say they were something you would never buy. I really like them... Thanks. JUDY
I bought several fat quarter bundles from them but to be totally honest I wasn't happy with the fabric. They were not quality fabrics and the colors weren't like was shown on the video. None had the fabric line on the selvedge. Stopped buying.
Thanks. I’ve almost bought stuff but always backed out. Glad now that I did. I always buy from MSQ or Jordan Fabrics and I’ve never been disappointed in what I’ve bought.
@@ksharpe8137 hi! Of course I must say lots of people do like what they get from them apparently bcz they keep coming back. The way I look at it is it may be a bit less expensive but you get what you pay for. I would rather pay a few more $ and get quality. Thanks!
Thanks for the reply! I agree I would rather pay a few more dollars for quality. There are a couple of pieces I recently bought but it was Tula Pink so I pretty much knew it was ok. It was good too. I also get irritated when T keeps jabbering to Brody. I'd rather just hear info on the fabric line or the designer not nonsense. That's just me. I have read other comments about the same thing. Yes many people keep going back for more. Quilting fabric can be a sort of addiction. Lol🙋🧵✂️
Ive had a few bags and boxes of fabric donations. I sort by either size if small or colour if large. The other option when sorting is a cool colour pile and a warm colour pile. Jealous of your breast cancer pink scraps. #isewinpink for #breastcancerawareness BEYONDAWESOMEDESIGNS
Hi, constructive feedback... You have a really bad habit of not finishing your sentences. So the viewer is left guessing at what you were planning to say. Very frustrating but something that can be worked on.
