I love the Eva blouse! It's a very feminine and soft denim shirt. The buttons add a 90's vibe. It's a unique take on a basic. Love!

I love the blouse so much too! I wish I had sized up for a better fit. :( the shoulders definitely feel too narrow for me. Did you get one? :)

I know this is almost a year old, but I am considering the Eva blouse and this was very helpful! I got out my tape measure and compared your measurements to my other Sezane shirts, which are all 34. I think if I go for this blouse, I’ll size up! I’m curious if anyone else has it and what they think about the sizing. :-)

I just ordered the Eva in Ecru from the archives. I ordered my regular size 6. I have narrow shoulders so I hope this top will balance my silhouette.

I did the exact same thing with the Chloe blouse. I really loved the colour of one but couldn’t find it in my size so I got the 34 (I’m usually a 36 or 38) and it was fine! That Sage green colour is amazing!

We got very lucky then!! :) I’ll keep an eye in case they restock the 4, I think the fit would be even nicer with a little extra room, but happy to keep the smaller too 😂 I just love the blouse so much! No idea why I didn’t get this one before! Thank you for watching and for your comment ❤️

Excellent description and info,,, love love your videos!!! I got the matilda shirt but since i have broad shoulders and a bit of bust I felt it was too top-heavy on me ,, It looks great on you!!

Hi! Thank you so much ❤️ so glad you got the Mathilda too, are you keeping yours? I feel that mine looks better on me when it’s unbuttoned, but that’s in general for most tops honestly. I don’t know if you feel comfortable, but maybe wear a white tank top underneath and leave the first buttons open? I think that would be lovely and would smooth out the heaviness you’re feeling. Just an idea :)

Hi Mila.. I am not keeping mine, the fabric is heavy and since i have a short torso with broad shoulders, it did not look good on me ,, But i bought the Manhattan :) Jumpsuit in Sage.. its beautiful!!!

@@caroera-rea9138 sorry to hear Mathilda didn’t work for you! The good thing is that Sezane has other beautiful blouses and we can always find something beautiful. Oh I got the same jumpsuit🙈, it arrived today actually and yes it’s SO beautiful! It looks totally different on me compared to the model on the website though - completely different!! 😂 it was a bit short too, but this one is worth bringing to the tailor!

Oh!! Love it .. Sézane is a nuisance to our bank accounts lol :) !! I am the same height as you .. and I wear size FR36-38 the pants and jumpsuits I never have to taylor them .. I do wear them with 2 inch heels .. I have longer legs than torso 🤣🤣.. the blue crochet dress is beautiful on you btw.

Very helpful overview! All blouses look great on you! I have a Chloe in green and love it. The dress is gorgeous, too bad that it is too long for us 5.6 in and below. Just a note, the shoulders can't be too wide when followed by a puffy sleeve as the sleeve hosts part of the shoulder in it. Otherwise, the fit would look too broad. :)

Thank you so much! Yes you’re totally right about the shoulder situation. All these blouses have puffy sleeves but the Mathilda feels a lot more normal than Eva on me (Eva feels super narrow because of the frill details). I think Chloe is stunning and I don’t know why I didn’t get one before 😂 the green you have is bottle green or sage? I would love another color, maybe I’ll get a white next! 😁 thank you!!

Thanks for sharing. Love your choices of Sezane's clothes. I owned 2 Chloe shirts, one in green bottle and the other is magenta. I have a lot of silk shirts from Sezane and Chloe shirts are by far my favorite. I have to control myself not to buy every single color. I bought the Mathilda after watching your video. The Maxi dress also looks great on you, but good to know it is too long for my 5'4" frame. Looking forward to your next video. I bought the Herald sweater in Ecru, but I returned it, because the Ecru one looks dull and mine came with a funny smell, so I might purchase the black one instead. PS. I actually heard the beep sound from the smoke detector. It was very faint in this video, but It was louder in one of your previous videos. If you can't find the sound in your house, maybe it was from your neighbors'?

Thank you for watching! Yes, Chloe shirt is so beautiful, I’m tempted to get another one. The colors you have are stunning 😍 honestly, I don’t know what took me so long to get one! So glad you got Mathilda, it’s a gorgeous blouse and I’m sure it will sell out quickly! Sorry the Herald didn’t work for you, I was actually considering the ecru but ended up with black. I really like it! :) I’ll share this weekend, stay tuned! ❤️ As for the alarm, definitely not in my apartment, I think it’s either in the lobby or my neighbor’s place. I have to let the landlord know! Thank you so much again!!

I returned the Svetlana dress as well. The length wasn’t the problem, the volume was. Too much fabric at the bottom which would make the dress too hot for summer. The dress is beautiful but the material and thick lined make the dress unpractical for summer days. By the way, I hear beeps in your videos too (ie. minute 7:06)

Hi Mila, can I ask for sizing advice on the Chloe? Were you able to get a size 4 Chloe, and if you did, would you have the shoulder and PTP measurements? I’m trying to decide if I go with 6 in the yellow and magenta Chloes (I’m a medium in Sezane tees) or size down to 4 haha

Hi!! :) I was never able to find a size 4 available, so I kept the 2! What is your usual size for shirts, 36 or 38? I’d stick to your usual size for the magenta, since it’s silk and that’s what Sezane recommends. I can wear the 2, but the cuffs feel slightly tight or if I had a shirt underneath, for example, I know it wouldn’t look so nice. I also have to wear a bra without any cushion or it feels weird. 😂 I’m more limited with size 2 than I would with my usual 4. For magenta, I’d stick to your usual size!As for the yellow, although I haven’t tried it on yet, Sezane recommends sizing down if if you’re in between sizes, otherwise they say you should choose your usual size. :)

Hi Susan! Mine came pretty creased too. I will use an iron as I do with most of my linen /cotton clothes. For silk, you have to make sure you do on the inside of the fabric, never on the outside so it doesn’t leave marks. You just have to be careful with temperature, it can’t be too high - I just checked the Chloe shirt tag and they recommend “Iron Low Heat 110”. I also found this on google: “Silk, satin and wool should be ironed on the wrong side of the fabric or with a cloth barrier. Also, avoid steam or wetting these fabrics”. Hope this helps ❤️ I heard we should not use a steamer! I’d use an iron and leave it on a hanger so it’s always ready to be worn!

@@milainnewyork thanks for the reply. I’ve ironed it with “silk”’mode (wrong side) & had to dampen first. But I put cloth on top, the creases still there but not as bad as before. Next time I’ll just dry clean 🤷🏼‍♀️

@@milainnewyork not spam, lol. It’s not your actual alarm going off. It’s the alarm beeping every 5 minutes to tell you you need to change the batteries.

@@mmcgui81ok I’m glad you’re real 😂 it’s the music, not the alarm I can guarantee!! The alarm would make a louder noise for sure, it’s actually on the same ceiling I’m at, right above my head and it makes no sound at all. We have two scenarios here, this can be either from the music (sorry if it’s that annoying!!) or ambulances outside (New York city is like this all day)!
