I was waiting for your review on the heels! I love the cut, and I love that you mentioned the toes height! that's what I'm always afraid of. I'd love for them to do them in black on warm brown/color, and if they do, I'll definitely get them. Thanks for your review as per usual

Yes, the vintage blue cloe the vintage blue Bianca, Samuel in the green (love) and the Betty in the new ecru/camel 😊 not sure on the vintage blues in my skin tone yet.

I love many of Sezane’s sweaters styles and colors, but I wish they were made in 100% Merino, or a Merino/Organic Cotton blend, like some of their other sweaters. The prettiest, most feminine ones seem to come in those really itchy blends with Alpaca or Mohair and Nylon. They have the prettiest spring colors in their sweaters, but sadly, I just can’t tolerate those blended-synthetic fiber fabrics. At first I thought it might be the Alpaca, then I remembered I had a 100% Alpaca coat decades ago that didn’t bother my skin at all. I think it’s the nylon, a plastic. Plastics are extruded from machines into filaments with triangular cross-sections, making razor-sharp edges. Natural fibers are softer, flat, tube or ribbon-like as in silk, they don’t dig into or catch on skin. Even the rayon family of fibers is much softer, and breathable, too. I don’t know why they don’t use these (manmade cellulosic) fibers instead, they are also highly breathable, unlike the plastics group, which don’t breathe all. Manufacturers claim the plastics are needed for strength, but that’s just not true, wool, linen and cotton especially are very hard-wearing and long-lasting. Silk is a bit more delicate, but the superior comfort it gives compared to any other fiber always makes it my first choice. I don’t find it difficult to care for at all, it rarely needs washing or steaming/ironing, at least in our society where we all shower and wear deodorant every day. I just check and air my silk clothes after each wear, about a half-dozen times usually, until they seem dirty. Then, I machine-wash them in my delicate cycle and hang-dry. I don’t cook, clean, garden or have children/grandchildren, or do messy activities, so spotting is not a problem. I just take reasonable care in eating and drinking and wear an apron when necessary.
