Molly H its the common mistake of You (the producer) knowing what is going on with voices. The music should be at least 8-9dbfs lower.

It's so accurate you have the three snipers on one team and then you got the afk demo on the other team which only wakes up to hear the screams of the team wanting to kick him or wake him up and that one heavy who just doesn't talk and is just there
