Valve started the whole Heavy/Medic shipping. They're been the biggest shipteases since the beginning, just look at their old TF2 Smissmas cards. The only reason there hasn't been any shipteasing in the TF2 comics so far is that until recently the Medic hardly featured in the official comics. Now he's finally getting some scenes.

TF2CrunchyFrog I know about the teasing, but most of the time they are kinda vague about it. Like the whole 'medic´s coat is buttoned to the women's side' thing for example. Hand holding might be a bit too straightforward for them. It´s fan made though, so it doesn´t have to be canon.
