Richardson's last two phases are astounding...if she improves her start the Olympic women's 100 is done. And she will be a helluva anchor in the 4x100.

Mama Mia..... This is more impressive than when she ran 10.77..... She don't even putt it all.... Now I am full convinced that she will go 10.4... She is just jogging and clock 10.74 the second fasted time in the year 2021.... I am speechless!!! She could definitely run a 10.6 right now, into the wind. Not sure about a 10.4. She definitely looks extremely relaxed in her strides after the drive phase, and if someone can do it, she could definitely match the great Flo Jo. she’s got all the tools to do it with the drive. Only time will tell here shortly.
@Kim Chung I know all about Flo Jo... since I was a collegiate decathlete at the same time she was running. Her workout was insane. I know cause we did the same workout for a bit. That shit hurt. I can tell you from experience that a 10.7 vs a 10.4 is a totally different beast. I noticed that lil miss Richardson dropped all that womanly body fat and she is generating a lot of power but to get down to 10.4 range, she is gonna need a beast of a start which she does not have... Flo didnt even have a drive phase kind of race. All she did was get up tall to start running as fast as possible, but she was still with everyone when she did that. And that means Flo had some stupid power. The knee lift on Richardson is a sign of some massive track ripping... but she needs that extra power to keep her in the loop at the start so she can hit a faster time... I don't see that happening right now. For such a little thing to be running tall like a power sprinter means she is a genetic anomaly. We will have to see what her training ads. But for now, 10.4 aint on the table.
Wow! The Women's 100M final at Tokyo is going to be crazy!! I do believe any of these 3 Sha Carri, SAFP and ET could take gold! I saw a comment saying Briana & SAFP have similar starts and SR still caught her but we have to remember that Shelly runs super fast times with a powerful start unlike Briana who's pb is 11.02! Then again If SAFP has a super explosive start at Tokyo then SR might have a crazy top end speed to take gold...same with ET but let's see how it goes..I just hope they all stay healthy because someone is going to make history at Tokyo! I smell 10.60s!
To your point. Briana broke the 10 swcond barrier recently, and I don't think she's even 20 years of age yet. ! Not to mention Shelly Ann's 10.63 last week. Ms Richardson will have her hands full.
Way better! Some debate if she turns up out the blocks if the juice will be gone later! That's a big debate of you got about 6 seconds of highest level of juice. So she lets them carry her along till 50m then she turns up. I don't know for sure, but Usain was never a big starter and first 10 or so steps guy.

Once Sha'Carri refines her first 25 Meters out the blocks and drive faze, and continues to strengthen her last 50 meters top-end-speed which she is already her strength, 10.6 will be a distant memory. She can be the first woman to run under 10.6 in the world. It's all going to come down to Sha'Carri's first 25 meters that will determine her greatness on the track.*
So I can make out what she said after finishing this race! She said the same thing in the 2023 10.57 with the 4.1 m/s wind. It was a similar celebration too. In my eyes she looked even cleaner and more powerful in the 10.57 run. Came down that track with a lot more power and intensity, and the start was better.
ShaCarri brings a fresh breath of excitement to woman sprinting. She make tou anticipate. She makes you want to watch. She is talented, and that we can not ignore. She is good!! The excitement is good for the sport. With the proper guide she can be a steward for the sport. Let us her her right. Let us do justice by this young up and coming sprinter.

She will have no problems as long as she stays relaxed, no one can match her top end speed, the Jamaicans have a chance to beat her only if they run 10.6
Haven't seen her run a 200m race in a while. That's if she is even planning to run the 200m in the Trials. But her best run at it was a 22.00 and that was last year when she was running 10.95 in the 100m. So if she worked on the 200m, her time will probably be in the 21.8 range.
Taking injury, bad start or lack of form aside, and going by her present form, Richardson is going to do well at the Tokyo Olympics, especially in 100, 200m and 4×1relays. Sha'Carri is a new sensation in US track and Field.
not a good comparison in any regard, she already has a championship title under her belt NCAA is no joke, and she did it as a freshman and set the meet record and U20 WR for 100m and 200m everything about her says she rises to any challenge

Yes. It has the 16 essential minerals. 92 is a bit overstated since there is 122 minerals in the environment but many has claimed its benefits for working out.
