Fascinating about Japanese food: I don't recognize what food it is. Of course, I recognize meat and fish, but others .... some weird vegetables, tofu, mushrooms and gelatin :)
Like all Japanese meals, the ingredients look fabulous. But the way they are put together? Nah... I would rather get Chinese any day. Don’t fall for the endless attention to detail that Japanese are so famous for. Meaningless, pointless exercise in futility
This has to be the worst shabu2 I have seen. No stock in the pot, no dipping sauce with sesame. I hope he didn’t pay an arm and a leg for this. I was a 日本の主婦。
