With Shadow Tactics still being my favorite tactical strategy game of all time and Desperados III being equally great, not much can go wrong with this game either. Certainly not with a pirate theme and characters as cool as the ones we can see here. This will be my gaming highlight of the year.

Nothing but love for your games! When I first found Shadow Tactics it was like the first Christmas ever and the game did not disappoint! Desperados III is equally awesome and this game seem like there's potential to exceed both!

Thank you for keeping on doing these types of games! Shadow Tactics is sublime, and Desperados III is just as good. Loving to see you championing this forgotten type of game, since you're doing it so well. Loved the mechanics, setting, characters and level design in the past 2 games, and this one looks promising too!

I was thinking the other week about Mimimi Studios. I've been replaying Desperados III and craving for more. I absolutely ADORE this artstyle and aesthetic. Very reminiscent of the _League of Legends' Arcane_ animated series. As usual, Mimimi killing with the amazing character designs. Can't wait to see how the Shadow Tactics / Desperados III formula will evolve in this game.

There are a lot of similarities in the core gameplay. :) We just added more freedom and flexibility with things like supernatural skills and more of a non-linear mission structure.

Looking forward to finding out whats different in the series. Lowkey, tho, I'm kinda disappointed that the pirates are ghosts/zombies. Sort of what makes Shadows Tactics good is it's restraint on fantasy, and the addition of more serious backstories to the characters. But we will see.

I still hope that some day you create a stealth tactics game set in Imperial Rome ;) The legionnaires could make for great, tiered enemies, the architecture could be astonishing, map themes could vary a lot because how vast the imperium was and a team consisting of gladiators and rebels could be very colorful and diversified... It could even be well mashed with Asterix IP, but would be fine even without it ;)

Very unexpected concept. I don't feel this setting vibes with me, but I'll hold my judgment till latarrr. I hope this fantasy-magic-theme will give you opportunities for many compeletely unique abilities (impossible in historical, 'realistic' game) to keep the genre fresh and also allow a very fitting humorous-yet-grim approach. I'm happy you're making another game in this genre (and that you are not too tired with them, yet :))
