Topatobean Maybe you don't know about orchestra. The first Violinist at the first row is always the Concertmaster (the orchestra's leader after the conductor). In this case, you are pointing to the Concertmaster, of course he will get more attention than the others.
Thumb's up to that. This was the first game my 7yo ever played and the first music he was really attracted to. He goes to sleep at night to the OST. Lots of nostalgia for the both of us. Kind of funny, when he used to play it he would do everything but fight to Colossi and have an awesome time. It's an incredibly beautiful and moving game. Each time a Colossus is defeated a person's reaction can can vary, from compassion to victorious, and I found he felt sorry for them and that the blackness that comes from them is sickness, so when they are defeated they are actually set free. So much great dialogue created from just a game.
I come here always when I have a big trouble. This songs means so much to me, give me strength. It remember me when I was just a kid and doesn't had any problem... just happiness. I was a simple man with a simple life.
+Erick Ortiz: 30 years of gaming here and I have yet to hear a soundtrack as good as SOTC. Same can be said about the gameplay itself. Makes us use our brains. Shame on those who resort to internet hints to beat the game, robbing themselves of a truly epic experience.
Se você é um gamer de verdade, você PRECISA jogar Shadow of the Colossus e sentir a alma vibrar a cada confronto épico. E mais, NÃO existe história de amor que supere a de Shadow of the Colossus. _Wander não tem medo de nada!_
Not in every way. The ending was shit and graphics is very..... studio ICOish. But it's really a great game nonetheless, modern "cinematic" shlock should take some fucking lessons from it.
well to me is the best game for the ps2 and 2nd best game ever made but that's just me...the end make sense even if you haven't played ico but again is just my opinion
I always get chills hearing this song. I love it so much that I would just repeat it on my iTunes for the entire summer after I finished SotC. Gahhh - can't wait for The Last Guardian!!!
This song is so epic it made spontaneously detonate into little meat cubes which were later consumed by my cat. Only two of my fingers were spared, which is how I typed this very comment.
Man, even frying my pan seems epic with this music playing in the background. I'd so love to see them playing this music for like 30 minutes before my eyes, I would definitely never get enough of it.
Kow Otani's score truly made the "Colossal" experience ten times better. I even bought the soundtrack from an anime store, and it is really amazing. I love all the tracks on it, but this one would have to be my absolute favorite.
