This is second part of Speech of Shaheed Jaswant Singh Ji Khalra, a great martyr of Sikh Nation who laid his life for the cause of Human Rights. He raised the issue of Mass level hUman rights violations in Punjab at international level. This speech was delivered at a Gurudwara Sahib at Ontario, Canada. This speech was first made available online by Sikh Students Federation and now SSF distributes VCDs of this speech at various colleges and Universities of Punjab to spread awareness among young masses.
