Shamanic Healing For Animals 🐾 How it Works And Is It Worth It? 

For some reason I was brought to tears upon hearing your question about experiences with healing animals. A memory popped up of me and my sweet “doghter” (my made up word combining dog + daughter). She was having some skin issues and the vet told us it was a type of yeast infection. We followed the vet’s instructions and it was very slow healing. It would slightly get better then worse. Like one step forward, and two steps back. One day, I had a strong inclination to put my hands over her infected area (which had become an open wound) and imagined sending her healing energy/love. I imagined it healing and returning to normal. As I did it, I felt a strong sense of connection between us. As if the rest of the world was nonexistent and it was just me and her. In the next couple of days, it had began clearing up. She had a scar for a while, but now it’s healed back entirely. After it had happened, the logical a part of me felt scared - of what actually happened. Maybe possibly bc of the potential I carried and I wasn’t ready to accept that. Im starting to feel like perhaps I am now. Thank you for your lovely videos! I am truly grateful!

I love this episode. Animals can really use this healing. My formal shamanic training was healing animals in the beginning and I think it's wonderful that you cover this topic. Thank you for this video there are so many critters that can use this healing

My first shamanic healing experiences involved animals…I have done sessions for dogs which were very powerful. I have even done sessions for my insect friends!

I was taking care of a dog. When I was talking to her and got impression of food. She had issues with eating the dry food. So I ground down the food and add some water. After a few days she was getting better. She ate as if she had been starving. This is one time out of others that sticks with me. Thanks for your explanation.

Another fine video that I greatly enjoyed. Hopefully this doesn't come across as bragging or such but though I'd share another event with you and your readers. A number of years ago I started to smell rotting meat everywhere. I also started to notice lots of road kill or skeletal remains of various animals on the property we lived on. As all that was occurring I started to have dreams / visions of animals trapped on the land and was being shown a ritual to release their earthbound spirits. I noticed that many people may acknowledge earth bound human spirits but ignore animals spirits. Didn't matter the manner of death as I encountered spirits of hunted animals as well as those who died by other means. Upon the final night of dreaming / visions I knew I had to do a series of rituals that would eventually cover 7 days. Id be required to hold a fire / smoking / smudging at a place where we had a pond and a well where water rose to the surface to feed the pond. I'd be required to hold another ritual at a site above the water on an elevated field. That was located at the juncture of several animal / game trails and a place where the rising moon came up between the "V" shaped opening of a tree. Another ritual would have to be held out in an open field with its tall grasses and open to the winds blowing down through the mountain pass behind my house. A fourth site was located above the water but further down the hill side and below both the water and animal game trails. Won't go into to much detail but the 1st ritual required a bonfire (small) and candles of various colors as well as offerings, ie honey, tobacco, water, beer, then some clippings from me such as hair and finger nails. Did that starting at dusk and repeating for several days. The other sites required fire's of various sorts, the one near the game trail for instance being built in a depression making it a chthonic type offering. Over that seven day period I noticed the smell of death and decay slowly faded away. The sense of many creatures being around me and around each spot also decreased until there was simply the smell of the forest, field or water. The rituals did require lots of fasting, eating of nuts and fruits vice any sort of meat. Before each segment there was a sense of ritual bathing and sweeping of the areas. Sweeping being done by cedar branches, feathers, a sword, smoke / smudging and even sort of a dance at each location. Well that is about it though I admit there is much more to what actually was done at each site and over the seven days. Very different from being a Spirit Keeper for a human.

Oh i would love and be exited to learn how to heal animals ❤ My first black cat was just 2 month when he jumped at my leg. It looked like he wanted to catch me. He was ill, i took him to the vet and we saved his life. He sadly died 3yrs later in a car Crash😢 Then 3 other black cats came in to our house, 2 of them also ill. So we saved their lives too 😊 but they are often ill. So i wish to be able to heal them. I call them my mini Panters.

I have done north american circles and workshops. These were good from the beggining of time. I also do traditional witchcraft apropriate to the uk celtic and germanic viking paganism. I dont tend to use the term witch for what i do but prefering wizard or saucerer. Animal pich uo on things, that humans dont very often they as famuliars seam to sense.
