Ingredients list;
1/2 kg (500 grams) ground beef
1/2 kg (500 grams) boneless beef cut in cubes
2 cups (500 grams) bengel gram (chana dal)/ washed and soaked in water for an hour
2 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 ½ tablespoons cumin seeds
4 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste
20 whole dried button red chilies
2 eggs
1 medium size onion chopped
1 tablespoon salt
Half teaspoon cloves
Half teaspoon black peppercorns
4 black cardamoms
2 inch cinnamon stick
4 tablespoon thick plain yogurt
10 green chilies
4 medium size onions
Half bunch of coriander leaves /cilantro
Oil for frying
