Which is so pathetic cause he could get his teeth done and excercise get good clothes and just do what he likes making movies like he said he always wanted to do instead lives in a cave like a noob
Shane acting like he’s “poor” when there are actually people out there living paycheck to paycheck, loosing their homes/jobs and literally have no food in their home. But yea Shane living in Calabasas is so “POOR”
Shane acting like he's poor is just gross when there are people actually struggling and he's in a 3 mil home, it's almost like a mockery to those that are actually poor
He has more money than most people will ever have in their lives and then has the nerve to complain that he doesn’t have money like jake Paul or whatever, like how out of touch can one be?
@@tyla4095 Exactly and he pairs this with him not showering and dressing in unwashed clothes because he thinks it's ''relatable'' no it's unhygienic and disgusting.
I can’t believe at one point Shane actually made people feel bad for him being “poor” while this man literally sat crying in a $800 Balenciaga hoodie🤦🏽♀️
i would literally kill to be “poor” like Shane. my fiancé and i struggle every month to pay bills and buy groceries; seeing him act this way makes me sick
Honestly at this point. Shane doesn’t need to change, that’s not even an option anymore bc he’s clearly not going to. What he needs to do is just admit he’s a piece of shit and own that shit instead of acting so innocent and having his hubby “speak for him”.
The craziest part about all of this to me, is that Trisha didn’t even ask for them to denounce Jeffree. She only asked that they stop glorifying him, knowing the things that he said to her and obviously about her after he “apologized”. She said that she understood that he was their cashgrab and that they needed the money because Shane wasn’t making any from RU-vid. They didn’t even want to save face, which she was OK with them doing, as long as she knew behind scenes that they really cared about her and that she wasn’t being lied to 🧐
Related to being a bad friend I remember a clip of Shane literally spitting on Drew's face. It was a collab I think on Drew's channel but idk if it's still up. I don't remember the context but I remember that Drew replied sounding genuinely hurt saying "that's mean" and I think shane laughed about it. Trisha was a genuine ride or die and it's a shame that not even an ounce of that loyalty and faith was returned. We can't know what the thought process was behind this but from moments like this his true character really shows.
I’m not saying Trisha done her fair share of crazy but these ppl are just going to end up with each other so leave them be they deserve each other and I swear if Morgan like he my brother I drop her to I love my brother but when they do wrong I can see that to let’s not me too when Jeffrey shooed at the dollar stores 🙄
the "i'm not making fun of poor people, i make donations" is the classist version of "i'm not racist, i have black friends" which fits perfectly with Shane and J*'s actual racism
I get so tired of hearing those lines. I personally feel like a racist is anyone that spends too much time emphasizing on race. Some of these white liberals really need to give it a rest and just stop already. Once we forget our differences we won't have any.
Shane really said “ In order to not make us look like complete assholes, lets donate to a random organization.” 😒 This is why people need to learn that doing good things does not make you a good person.
Reminds me of whatever girl (was this that gabi chick???) After like shaming her poor friend on tik tok and she was like “ok but I donate to charities I donate to autism speaks!” Like one of the few well known organizations that most people know you shouldn’t donate to lmao I cannot with these people
I would like to see someone follow up with the charity written on the check to confirm he did. I'm sorry, but these two breathe lies with every breath that I'm sadly suspect of the donation. They play mindf@cks so much, they could say the sky is blue and we'd all look up.
So Ryland doesn’t want negativity when it’s about him but it’s okay when it’s about others on his podcast literally called THE SPILL Edit: THE SIP* lmaoo
Why can’t Jeffree ever address any sort of drama without mentioning “I cAmE fRoM nOtHiNg!!” He mentions it as if it’s supposed to make him more humble or something. It’s sad.
@@lauradyamond9457 Yes that’s true. It’s one reason why if a store or corporation ever asks if you want to donate to a cause or charity, DON’T. Instead, donate to that cause or charity directly
@@missmaree7307 damn I didn’t even think of it that way, he wants to be relatable to his fans by wearing the same clothes and not showering I’m actually offended because he basically thinks that since we don’t have a lot of money we don’t shower or change our clothes 😒
@@UhmmHi_ dude I legit just came to this realization barely a couple of days ago and I felt so SO stupid 🤦 must be because I'm poor, I guess. But yes! Exactly! Like damn, so if this is you 'being relatable' to your audience...then you really truly feel like not only are we so poor that we can only shop at walmart ect., but that we also must barely shower? I'm trying to remember the other rElAtAbLe crap he has said so that I can fully understand exactly how he views the rest of the world. That shit kinda hurts :/ I've been a huge supporter of his since the very beginning and now all I can think of is how many times I thought he was laughing with me when he was laughing AT me.
@@g.7702 Yup. He’s pretty much saying “poor people are filthy.” He often projects this mindset in his comments, like “Oh, (you don’t want me to close the door to your rolls royce ✨ because) you don’t want my poor to rub off? 💩” And let’s all not forget the time when Jeffrey made fun of Garret’s Prius. I bet Shane cut Garret off because Jafar Starbucks said something idiotic like “If you want to be successful, only hang out with people above you (people that have something to offer). Rich people don’t associate with the poor for a reason.” Which is similar to what Jebediah Starfish has said in the past.
Legit, I think Shane when saying he's poor, in his head he's probably thinking he's being funny and quarky. It's not cool dude. This drama is getting old. They just need to own up to what they did and stop making up stupid excuses.
Exactly! Making fun of people who are poor or even homeless is not funny, it’s disgusting and messed up. The things that Shane does for view is very fucked up.
I didn't realise how irritating and needy Ryland actually is looking back on footage like this, he acts like your younger sibling trying to join in when you have your friends round lmao
did yall notice that WHENEVER and i mean EVERY TIME Jeffree is doing a collab, all he talks about is money and acts like the other person is poor? like the jokes are tacky sis, just watch the collab he did with Tana saying shit like "tHiS iS a mEaSLy $500 hehe" like ma'am shut up already
Its very new money, you can tell he didn't have shit growing up and places value on things based on how much they cost and how many he has. His source of happiness is his money, which is why he's so damn miserable.
I don’t know why but the trend of calling j* and SD anything but their real names is the funniest thing to me like I really thought “this will get old eventually” but it really didn’t 😩
@@makalastewart4283 Same! I don’t want to be wasteful but I also don’t want to donate it cause I don’t want someone representing something wrong on accident!
@@cameronhowe1110 i see where you’re coming from, but i don’t think so. class and race are separate, but they are continuously intersecting 🙏🏼 (this is what i’ve learned as a therapist, but please feel free to correct me!)
I hate how I only realise now that Jeffree Star probably only donated money to seem like a good person. Donating money just for ur own beneficial gain and just for bettering ur reputation is disgusting.
I agree to disagree. Even if people only donate to make themselves look better, at least they are donating money for a good cause! It’s just the motivation that’s wrong, but the outcome is still beneficial for wherever the money gets donated to
He’s been a disgusting person for a long time, I can’t believe so many people still don’t see it and it took you this long but good that you finally realised it
As a mother of a childhood cancer survivor, the “make a wish” comment severely pissed me off!!! When you make a flippant reference to the Make-A-Wish program that has given so many children a moment of joy in a life cut short from a sickness that is so brutal and unfair (I pray you never know the fear and pain) it minimizes everything the children and families have gone through. Your platform and privilege is a gift from God! I pray that you understand what I am trying to say right now. You’ve been given so many opportunities. I pray that everyone hears this and understands that words hurt. Whether you meant to hurt someone or not, please think of the words you say and try not to make anybody feel the way someone has made you feel. I am always reminded of the golden rule, treat people the same way you want to be treated. When I see people make videos bragging about what they buy it actually makes me sad. I’m so sorry that somebody hurt you so bad that you feel you have to flaunt material possessions to make yourself feel worthy.
I always noticed Shane’s desperation to be one of Jefree’s Pomeranians was super cringey. He goes from degrading himself by acting like a peasant around Jefree to hailing him for giving away to charity. Kinda pathetic.
The whole “charity” rant was such an eye roll because he’s not saying this because he knows they’re good people. He’s saying it because he knows people are not gonna be happy with their behavior in the video and thinks if he adds this charity rant to it it’ll make people be like oh okay no problems here!
I hate people who do good and can’t keep it to themselves. Like when someone donates to charity, or they feed a homeless person! The point is to do a good act, but for some the point is to do a good act they can brag about on their socials later... that’s Ryland 😬
Of course he’s not “poor”. He made a lot of money from doing blackface 😒 I always thought it was weird he acted he was “poor” Edit: thank you for the likes! 😌
@@peytonmatson4318 I'm happy that you liked the comment. I don't really like the drama around these influencers, but somehow I want to know parts of it, so I know what ppl are talking about. Best wishes to you :)
Shane: "I'm so poor." Also Shane: Buys thousands of dollars worth of make up(JUST TO WASTE), while living in a $3mil dollar house, with his own private gym on his property, a golf cart, has someone do thousands of dollars worth of bedazzling to his stuff, spends thousands of dollars in posts mates in probably just a few months.... etc. etc. ETC. Oh, the struggle.....
Remember when Jeffree made fun of other beauty gurus ‘cause their palettes were available at TJMaxx & now the Conspiracy palette is available there as well? 😂
Saying "I'm poor" when you have that much money is annoying to people who are actually tight on money. I felt disappointed with that video because there's times where I shop at Walmart because its cheaper than anywhere else. Not everyone has the luxury of spending crazy amounts of money on things such as clothes, makeup, cars, and HOMES.
I feel like maybe the reason why Shane has this whole “I’m poor act” is cause before making it big on RU-vid he was “poor” and I think he created some sort of personality based on this to seem “relatable” and “not a big RU-vidr who makes a lot of money”
I think it's to do with the fact that he's comparing himself to the big big RU-vidrs who flaunt crazy wealth. He has his eyes set on them so much that he thinks he's poor in comparison, neglecting the fact he has access to everything he wants and needs
Jeffree saying he has never money shamed anyone when he literally built his brand off of bragging about being rich and looking down on ppl who can't afford all that... Girl bye.
I may be the minority but I find it tacky when people flaunt their “wealth”. It’s almost like they have to prove themselves. And most the time the people who are really wealthy don’t have $200,000 shopping sprees. That’s just unhealthy shopping habits, honey. NOT something I’d be flaunting for the world to see.
In Shane’s Jeffree documentary, Ryland is quiet but every single time he speaks is to say some pretentious, boot licking, money oriented comment about / to Jeffree... which always made me feel some type of way about Ryland. He seems to only care about money and materialistic things 🤷🏻♂️
@@brokegirl1613 I’ve read this comment so many times because I keep getting notifications on it, and I never once noticed that they spelled it Roman lmao
I just don’t understand the logic at ALL. Just because you were once poor, doesn’t mean you don’t money shame people!!!!! A lot of times people with “new money” are the most flashy and poor-shaming because of their sense of entitlement.
Wait so Shane's fans actually believed that he was poor and that he was an empath just because he told them he was? That was enough for them?... Did they just not notice him walking around his mansion, his expensive car, Balenciaga hoodie and bedazzled fridge?😂
Last time I was this early, people still liked shane (edit: don’t start a war in the replies please, if you still like shane that’s your opinion, you do you :))
Shane use to be poor and he found making jokes about it makes him “relatable” so of course he’s going to run with it. It’s the only way he knows how to relate to us looser peasants.
He didn’t come out of nowhere either. He had a built in audience when he launched his makeup and Kat’s clout helped him early on. But he acts like he was so broke and poor when he made his first makeup
I think they were just playing up the "Jeffree Star rich, Shane poor" thing for the bit, which is what they've always done, which people enjoyed for the funnies. But I'm not defending all the shady shit going on or saying it's an inoffensive bit, cos yeah, there are people *actually* doing it tough and this is kinda tone deaf
I watched all those videos before, but now the vibe is so different. Shane is thee gaslight King. I thought he WAS poor, not pretending to be poor. To me that’s worse than Jeffree.
It was so obvious he wasn't poor. Just look at his house. He never said he was poor poor to be honest, just that he was poor compared to other youtubers
You know, Jeremiah starfish may have all the money in the world but he can’t buy style, all the things he wears may be high fashion but I swear he picks the most tacky and horrible things he has no elegance.
I’m honestly so sick of hearing about these people. I’m also sick of people suddenly being all supportive of Trisha like she’s suddenly such an angel! Neither Ryland, Shane, Jeffree or Trisha are good people and they don’t deserve any of the attention they are getting. They have definently shown their true colors a thousand times so why are everyone still up their butts and giving them all the attention they want to keep going.
Trisha has been on the internet for a long time & has had some upsetting things happen to her in real life. She looks like she has made ammends with her past mistakes. She thought these people were her friends & realized they weren't
@@sonyaberry9805 And that's our business because...? I'm confused too honestly. If a friend of mine from way back was revealed to be shit talking me I'd just write them off and be done with it. I don't see the need for the drama bomb. You don't hang onto trash you throw it out.
Yes, and the fact that Trisha keeps making more and more content regarding the situation. I thought she was taking a social media break? They need to handle it privately now like adults or just not be friends. And Shane still needs to be held accountable for his problematic behavior and content, not just being a bad friend.
Honestly, I hate how commentary channels suddenly forget how Trish constantly went after younger adults for drama, her making fun of people with DID, faking being trans, and just overall just a terrible person. Like, I get she lost a long time friend but let’s not forget how she is.
As for the “what makes shane stay with jeffree”.. i’d say its the pride of Shane. He has worshipped J* for so long and now that he’s close with him he sees him as this godlike person.. Imagine if you befriended your idol. Hes deluded..
I feel like Shane's whole "I'm so poor" mentality/act is him trying to seem relatable and idk if it's because that was what was popular way back when (especially when he was getting started on youtube) or what, but I think he needs to recognize that once you start sporting brand name outfits and buying $3mil houses, you're no longer poor and your audience can no longer relate to you about that.
ONLY $125k?? Are you serious? That is A LOT of money. I'm sure the organization he donated to and the people who will benefit would not agree with you.
why does he wanna seem so dirty 😭like he is dirty looking, but his comments go overboard and they don’t even be funny just pathetic. i can’t believe i used to watch him i’m embarrassed
People who think that expensive skincare is good, is hilarious. Most of it contains fragrance and alcohols that are skin irritants. Most of my skincare is luxury brands that are free of many harmful ingrediants you can buy in a local drugstore and they don't cost a fortune.
Shane manipulated fans for years for being “unkempt” and saying that he was poor. I mean I fr thought this man was struggling for money and I have no idea how I even fell for that shit
i think shane constantly talks about how "poor" he is because his whole brand was relatability. he just wanted his audience to see him as like a normal, kind, humble guy. it kinda just feels the same as him constantly saying how much of an "empath" he is.
If shane didn't came out with a video asap, talking about all the allegations, from james to trisha, i wont give him any chance or forgiveness Edit Didn’t comment for attention, if you don’t like my comment please just leave it don’t pay any attention to it at the end of the day this is my opinion i literally have zero time to explain myself, you do YOU and i’m gonna do me.
so even with the pedophiliac tendencies, racism and overall terrible behavior (look up "the chair" where you can clearly see it) ppl are still willing to throw a blind eye?? wow
@@_frescodechan_9627 exactly. he already made a video like that and it was a bad copy of jenna marbles apology video. I find it really sad that the trisha thing was the breaking point for some ppl when there were much serious reasons to demand an "apology" video before
This is actually common in LA. I told me friend I was running errands one day at walmart. And he literally told me "they have the worst quality food, everyone goes to trader Joe's here" lowkey an ewww and I just laughed and explained that Trader Joe's is not as common in the south, and decidedly more expensive, we dont have the same minimum wage lol but this was an innocent exchange my friend isn't 30💀💀😂to clairfy
I hated this trend when youtubers made videos like shopping at walmart or trying to make cute outfits at walmart challenge like please and then got shocked when they find something its the same people who used to be like ew goodwill but now they are like omg vintage depop for double the price
Are we surprised? I’ve seen this coming when he made his first documentary. And Shane is so aggravating, pretending to be poor and “relatable” like he literally doesn’t have to work a day in his life meanwhile people can’t go to school because they have to start working as CHILDREN
jeffree: evil but smart shane: evil and disgusting trisha: evil and dumb these people are just terrible lmfao jeffree definitely runs the show though so ofc shane will be on his side. shane is sad and insecure and needs someone who is confident next to him
I'm still so mad that Shane really made us all feel like he was flat broke while living like a celebrity. Honestly all of these people need to grow up. They're in their 30s and they think they're the stars of Mean Girls for gods sake
