I could be wrong, but that’s the vibe I’m getting. He’s been defending very toxic and harmful behavior by saying James needed his “slice of humble pie” as if Jefree, Tati and himself are above James and qualified to humble him, without apologizing for the gross and inappropriate way it was brought about. Whether he truly said things about James or not, he’s choosing to side with Jefree and it makes my stomach turn. Moreover, most schools in this country don’t guarantee housing for students after your first year, so she’ll still have to worry about rent, food, internet, electricity, and water bills on top of whatever she ends up paying for school. If she doesn’t want to do that, the other option is to take out loans and end up in huge amounts of debt (the amount of students I know with six figure student loan balances is INSANE). It’s not something you can just decide to do, especially if she’s already independent of her parents.
