Nah, they can both be horrible for different reasons and to different degrees. Shane is still being incredibly insensitive to cultures outside of himself in his new videos...when he could just stop doing that and only speak about his own culture/life experiences. His apologies have been incomplete, including the most recent one, and it was also clear that he didn't really understand the full impact of what he did. He's also joking about being cancelled the moment he begins posting again; he doesn't really care about his actions, he cares about the backlash he has received because of them. You can feel how you'd like about anyone you please, but don't try to gaslight people into going easy on him or suggest that the communities he's harmed and built his career off of owe him forgiveness. They don't. He shouldn't have the platform he does, but that's just my opinion.

Also, look into his relationship with Shanna Malcolm and why it ended. She was the butt of many of those jokes for years, and caught a lot of judgement because Shane used her basically as a pass to get away with doing what he was doing. Just because it's not blatantly racially charged doesn't make it okay to do. It's just usually less recognized, especially when it's for the content.
