Learning this kind of stuff is going to be my new workout. I’ve learned a lot about mma by watching ufc and playing ufc3, and I just started some boxing on the heavy bag and it got my heart rate up fast. I never liked running to nowhere or boring stuff like that to exercise. So I find it fun to learn this stuff and get a good workout in at the same time. I’m definitely watching your videos a lot Shane; I like how you break stuff down.
Shane my idol why you don't make videos about homemade boxing equipments. Honestly I can't afford a gym or even buy some equipments they are expensive to me but I really train and love training specifically after watching you. You push me out of nowhere
ill just take this opportunity To say that you are a great role model for all the kids like me that see your vídeos you are really helpful with all our questions ,you teach US alot about fighting and most of all you teach us to always do it in self defense and not be a bully and do it cus its fun and not to hurt others, thats really nobel bro ,you seem like a great guy ,much love from Portugal
hey shane you made me start jeet kun do a couple years back and i also did muay thai for a majority of my childhood you are pretty much my sifu at this point i have so much respect for you and my friends call me wolf which i thought was ironic concidering 3 years later i see your videos with wolf logos all over it makes me feel welcome and i cant thank you enough for all the videos i went from a scronny kid wit no muscle to someone who almost everyone in my town is scared to spar with thanks again shane when i go pro all the credit is yours🙌💪🌊
shane im glade that you make these vidoes because at first i cant fight and people use to fighr me for no point but i havent fight no one for sometime but when i do im going to win the fight
great video shane! I've got a blue belt test on Thursday and as part of it I have to go through 5 fights, and my trainer can put whoever hr wants up against me (even the strongest guys) so wish me luck!
Fighters as skilled as Shane and Sean Fagan are like superheroes to me. I train at an MMA gym and one of the coaches is a professional MMA fighter (Lawson Mclure), I brag on him and the other coaches all the time. One of my friends asked if I was enjoying my training, I told them it was the next best thing to joining the X-Men. Should've just said it was the *SAME* as joining the X-Men.
Great question. Both of them already have a tight team, but I'd like to shock the world with Conor. I'd tell him to put his back against the ropes from the start, save his energy, and make Floyd come to him.
@Jerry Biden Floyd is already big in boxing. And as for Conor to listen to Shane tip and win the fight.. he will give credit to him for that and most important it will bring attention to his team anyways. At least thats what i have thinked haha
Mr.Shane congrats on the Dave and Buster's commercial. I have learned more with you and Mr.J.T VAN V then with my mmma coach in the UFC gym I thank you for sharing your professional skills in Boxing and MMA. you are appreciated.
Wow, Shane your skills set are Amazing Shadowboxing (Kickboxing) and Hitting on a Heavy Bag for a workout. Very Sharp and Great Technique and Great Control and Great distance and Great Drills for Pure Striking or Hybrid Striking. (Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai) in a Combat Sports. GREAT Videos. 🥊😎🙏👍
Hey Shane, great work as always. Have you done a video on equipment you use for video and sound? I have an interest in making a few videos and am new to the process, I love the work you do and would appreciate your technical input.
Hey Shane can you do a video on distance management as to create distance close it clinch avoid the clinch knowing when you're close enough for elbows etc Thanks in advance
ELITE L3GACY floyd, Conor has no experience in pro boxing. People who say he has done the impossible, but dude that was in Ufc so keep those things in Ufc.
OK he's saying win lose or draw both are winning due to the payout. You really gonna be bothered that people will take the piss out of you for losing a fight against one of the best boxers in the world and when you get paid 100 mil for it? Nah don't think they would
OK look at me 28 years of age confident as a muda fucka long rangey dangerous with every hand the whole boxing world is gonna eat there words - conor mcgregor now i saw that video and it gave me chills i like conor but i know he wont win
love the vids I have a question if I'm skinny but I'm decent at taekwondo don't lose many sparring matches but how would u suggest getting into mma and other things
+fightTIPS Hey shane, could you make a video on staying flexible? I swear my shadowboxing warmups take longer everyday just so that I'm warm enough to not snap like a wet carrot if I bend too far
Hey Shane, your video's got me into kickboxing and they help a great deal still, but do you have any tips for controlling yourself? Most times it Goes just fine, but sometimes its hard to control the adrenaline. Great video's man.
Experience! Figure out what breathing exercises, mantras, warmups calm you down before sparring. I also liked smiling, and reminding myself that I ENJOY this!
Rogier Eggink same bro im in kickboxing for 3 months now and am learning alot, i also smile in sparring like shane recommends and if youre fighting a gymmate its always good To be Smiling and touching gloves when both of you are fighting really Well ,that really helps To not lose control
Hey Bro just watched and I love how fluid your shadow boxing looked, I'm a kickboxer at the moment 4 fights and wanted to expand my game as much as possible, more stand up until I'm old enough to compete in MMA what stand ups should I do
Your kicks have improved a lot. But something weird is that you don't put a lot of explosive power into your taekwondo kicks, is it a style or just the way you were taught ? Just curious since most taekwondo fighters in both mma and other sports put a lot more power to their kicks.
