This is my favorite place to go!! Growing up I used to go here multiple times a year! It's so cute and fun, and there are many more shops that the boys could have gone in but that's totally okay. I highly recommend that people visit this town and go in as many shops as they can!!

Cindy T. I’m not sure how actually old he is, but he could be in his mid-30s now. I know Cali houses have always been expensive, but like he said, he had to do a LOT of work on it, so I imagine he was able to get it really cheap (by Cali standards). I’m currently living in a fixer-upper from the 60s, closed last year on it for around 70k, 24 y/o and married, but I live in MS, so different realty market. My house has had a lot of issues that I’ve been slowly working on, but the equity had gone up significantly. It’s possible, just not probable as we all know housing prices are ridiculous.
