Characters are built based on karma of previous lives. You're born to a caste which is best compatible to your karma so your character. It's kind of similar to somethings like for example born disabled and born well. High end phone, low end phone. Same Brahman. Different levels of constructs. Same copper, aluminum, iron. Different levels of constructs. Karman Sharir for one example. Speak regarding Hinduism Gods. There're different types of gods and many sub-gods as well. I suggest it's much wiser to work on to improve your character (your karma) instead attempt fighting natural societal differences.

So caste(Varna) is by birth only and depends on past karma not present as per Shastra. Hindus are not living there religion bcuz of caste system, the main reason of decline of Hindu Dharm is bcuz state of India has became secular and temples are under gov control and not functional and politics of India specially congress party made them poor since independence, which made them prone to conversion from missionaries.
