This is getting to close to home. I’m 43, watched this show as a teenager. But between THIS and Shannon having cancer, just proves how anything can happen to any one of us but especially those of us over 40. God Rest His Soul! 💔
Holly Winslett Holly I’m a few years older and yes mortality sets in. I’ve lost more friends and family in the past several years than ever before. Life is an adventure but also overwhelming sometimes. Blessings.
I will never forget Luke perry a great actor who I loved watching on Beverly Hills 90210 he’s going to be missed a lot and send my love to his family and everyone on 90210 and the cast of river dale he’s gone too soon😥
James Dean died as a young man just starting out without really showing us his full potential. Perry died as a relatively young middle aged man whos had a long career. Just nice to see Perry on another big show as a regular before he passed away.
This is so incredibly sad to accept. I broke down in tears. At least we have the good memories of them. Focus on the positive, stay connected, and stay strong. RIP Kristoff. RIP Perry. You were both loved beyond measure.
76special This really hit a lot of people hard. So far 2019 has been horrible. What’s sad is it’s not even age related. Suicide, heart attack, way too young for death. RIP. .
Me too. My college friends and I had a Dillon doll that we would place on the tv when 90210 came on. We worshipped him. Wow can't believe he is gone. Sad.
I have just the girls. I bought 'em on eBay. I also bought Shannen Doherty a coachman costume, since she looks just right 4 a coachman when 1 day, Barbie and her BFF Midge go 2 a Winter Wonderland! I currently say it's a wig on the doll, with SUPER strong clips is Y it doesn't come off her head. I also want 2 dress up the real Jennie Garth like Cinderella! The doll in her likeness is a start.
I'm from the Philippines. Back in college at my dorm, I don't remember seeing any 90210 dolls in the store but I collected their posters and one was on the wall above my head board. I would buy 🇺🇸 mags when they feature 90210 using my allowance and they were very expensive. I would cut some of their pictures from the mags and make them covers for my notebook and then I cover them with plastic to keep them clean and not get wet. 90s is the best decade ever and 90210, Dylan and Brenda, are part of the great memories. RIP Luke Perry. I now live here in the States and his passing is definitely a sad news for all.
@@Michelle-pn9xt I think they mean young in the sense, it's considered a bit early of age to pass 50 is a little over middle aged, but there is still 25+ years of life expectancy.
This sux .. he was beyond kool! His movies were great and you could see he was just a good guy all around ! California will Never be the same again ..he was our golden boy for so many years ! 😥😥
I've been getting 90210 and 90s nostalgia due to this news. He was such a big star in the 90s that he probably got typecast, and wasn't taken seriously enough as an actor.
Renae Wood it’s like Netflix. It’s a subscription App. I was just watching a few of the episodes as I’m the same age as all of the gang and the old memories come flooding back. RIP Luke Perry! 💔
I heard the news yesterday, & prayed it wasn't true, but sadly, it is. I was a teen when this show was huge in the 90's, all the girls were crazy for him, including myself. He will always be Dylan McKay to me. Rip, you will live on in our memories 😭
THIS MAN I SAW PICTURES OF HIM I HAVE NEVER SEEN FROM THE 90210 ERA BUEATIFUL THANKS LUKE FOR BEING A GOOD ACTOR FIRST AND PUTTING FAMILY FRIENDS FIRST AND CELEBRITY LAST I WISH WE HAD MORE LIKE YOU IN HOLLYWOOD TODAY ❤️❤️❤️
Engulfed in sadness and grief for the loss of Luke Perry, he was one of those guys that I knew if I met him in person we would be friends forever. It is apparent that all that knew him have expressed again and again what a kind soul he was. I sure hope there is a heaven because he deserves a front row seat. Thank you for all the great memories and your amazing looks, we lost you too soon. I hate loss, this sort of hurt it is the worse, only time will heal the pain in my heart.
He also did at least one Hallmark movie (under the Christmas movies)....one of my favorites about a single dad with twins.........sadly missed.........

@@mn2638 NOPE..........I was wrong......it wasn't him it was his look alike.............omg..........the dudes name is "James Van Der Beek" (Debbie Macomber's...Mrs Miracle) it is on the Hallmark channel..........I THOUGHT it was a young Luke Perry........oh gezzzzzzzz.....sorry about that! whoa.........
Dylan was my favorite character on Beverly Hills 90210! Luke Perry you were handsome nice and very humble I will miss you deeply rest in peace my love!
Even with an otherwise unrewarding part like his role as Billy in The Fifth Element, Luke Perry knew how to appeal to the audiences as an actor with a heart. Thank you for everything, Luke. R.I.P. 👼🏻
Gone way to soon watched him on 90210 he was one of my favorite actors he died way to soon my tho guys and prayers to his family’s his friends and those who loved him.
90210 was never my type of show, but Luke Perry seemed like a really nice and caring guy from everything that I have heard. It is very sad that this happened to a man this young. God bless him and give him and his family peace.
I’ve never felt so sad losing someone I loved dearly in a show,This new emotion is not a good one,Rest easy Luke you were an amazing person and will be remembered.
As a fan of Beverly Hills 90210 I am heartbroken with the news. He was the best, and I sympathize with the cast because they have lost a great person and actor. Watching the show will never be the same. The las role i saw him in other than Body of Proof was Riverdale. Good Bye Lukem you will be remembered
Not true at all...after Ischemic stroke yea to help with long term effecta but if someone ia having a hemorrhagic stroke and you thin there blood even more it could bs detrimental.
This was not Shannon speaking about Luke wish they would put subtitles to match video I do feel for all of Luke’s friends and family. He will be greatly missed
Sad that Luke is gone. Stunning news. I can't believe that a news report actually remembered that he was on Another World (Kenny)--especially on the network that cancelled AW almost 20 years (!! :-( :-( !!) ago. Cheers, Luke... you will be missed.
In 1980 , I had a baby girl when she was ten she looked like Brenda , yes my daughter was cute girl looking more buetiful; I was always told; I know we miss Luke ; he is in a better place, but I know we want him here , to all of the kids in that show was the best! Luke was very cute nice kid In our hearts ♥️ we well love him ! I say we soon be rejoicing we will see him and our love ones; he is a 🌟 star ! And he knows it remember the stars always shine and Luke is one of them🙆🏻♀️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏💕💕💕💕🌷🌹🌸
just watching this made me start to shake all over. I am not able to acknowledge death anymore after loosing my grandparents. I fear and feel guilt for not attending any social gathering associated with a loss. Death makes me physically sick & has me forever suffering. I honestly believe if i ever have to see or hear of another personal death in my family that it will send my already broken mind into sheer chaos sending me to a deeper isolation than i have been living in for over a decade now.. I feel like i am at the starting line for a long distance race with no finish line. Soon i will keep running never looking back again..
Ok take it easy, unfortunately this is part of life, we are born live life how we choose to live it then we unfortunately get robbed by humans worst enemy which is death, hope you feel better soon
Today Only the good die young I cry alot after hearing of luke perry passing have hard time believing his gone.. I remember seeing on 90210 he'll be miss by my family I pray that god with his family and friends that help them thur this time of saddness...
His death is definitely not in vain. In addition to the tragic loss of a relatively young person, it has no doubt triggered a lot of conversation about strokes, and how and why they occur - including risk factors that may not be visually obvious.
Never was a massive 90210 fan. I was too young then. 8 seconds was a great movie though, and it was good to know he had a new series to be on with riverdale. Always sad, and a bit scary too see em go young.
