Sorry! I found myself without much time to explain. You want to fall, backdash a few times, fall again, backdash a few times, then you can hold left immediately and you should hit the warp trigger. There are 2 ledges here. You can also warp out of Forest Cave where there are 3 ledges, and the cave near the coffee machine where there's only 1 ledge.
