I love how much nostaligia this game gives me. No other game has given so much fan service to lovers of martial arts films. Couldn't feel more satisfied with my purchase and I love that this is still getting updates!
Just bought this on XBOX ONE. Been playing for hours with the family. This game brought back a lot of awesome memories & I love the scope & music. The music & sound effects are so important in a fighting game & the developer hit the nail on the head. The filters on the stages added make it even more special. The fighting was easy to pick up & yet you still will have to master. Easily the best purchase I’ve ever bought on a digital game, & I’ve bought plenty. Awesome, now please a Xbox, PS5 or PS4 release of part 2.

Please consider including some sort of replay when characters are defeated of every match. To see them go down in slow mo replay would be something beautiful to look at.
Viva Jae Lee!!! I have played tons of martial arts fighting games in various iterations over the years. So many games to list. Some favoites...Double Dragon arcade, Final Fight, a little Mortal Kombat, and my personal favorite...Tekken. While Tekken is amazing, I was always left wanting more. ENTER SHAOLIN vs WUTANG. This game kicks all others to the ground in defeat!!!!! Nothing gimmicky and just straight faithful martial arts with great game play and character art. The fast action, the music, and every other facet of the game just leaves me breathless. I built my first computer in December of 2017. I discovered Steam. Enter Shaolin vs Wutang. I cannot put this down. It has been over a decade since I played video games and this game brought me back. Jae Lee your faithful presentation of the icons in Martial Arts is beyond words. No gimmicks. it is a game for the purists. I particularly commend your take on Bruce Lee. It is the best Bruce Lee anywhere! I suspect the game will continue to evolve in artistry and complexity of game play and I hope to see this game regarded as one of the best in the gaming world. One more thing, release a soundtrack of this game like you did with KoK. Until then, Wataaaaaah!!!!
@ryukenb2k Yeah you're right. However, Tekken has been around a long time and has had an opportunity to refine itself to almost perfection in Tekken 7. Either way, this is a fun game to play and deserves a lot of praise.
@ryukenb2k Well this is more of a small indie type of video game. Tekken...well that game is truly a monster. I can't argue that this is better than Tekken, but I do enjoy this game a lot. Tekken is just too deep of game. Takes years to play at a high level, but it appears to be great satisfaction when progress is made.
@ryukenb2k Hahaha! No worries about your rant. While this may go against what you're talking about, I actually prefer the PC platform. I use my PC for a variety of uses, among them some gaming. I actually don't like the consoles at all. Maybe PS4 if I had to choose...but I love the flexibility of the PC. I don't game a lot, but I do play a couple of games myself. I even build computers for myself or for people. I also do understand that there are people who do not have the time or the resources to invest in building a PC or the homework involved in properly choosing a PC. Unfortunately a lot of the games today are requiring a lot of good hardware to power up the graphical output of these games. PC is really taking over. Overall, I never did like the XBOX and would rather own a PS4.

Shaolin vs Wutang I wanted there to be more drunken master characters or even more Unlockable costumes if you added dlc I would pay for it and the people from Kung fu hustle I don’t know if you have any plans like that but thank you for making it I can’t imagine do you have a place where I can support the game with money or patreon

Playing game for the very first time, and it’s incredible! I almost wanna say the controller scheme is the best I’ve ever used in a fighting game. The only thing I would highly suggest to the developer team for Shaolin vs Wutang 2 is to make blocking on the right bumper of a controller. If you guys are dead set on only four buttons then maybe we could double tap on d-pad to body roll. This would free up a face button for block. The way the blocking is now reminds me more of faster fighting games. Slower games should use a button to block, impo.
I wld say blocking button is just perfect easier at least on PS4..Left and Right buttons 1 and 2 leave a lot of room open for the developer to explore.. Best fighting game ever! Purchased it a year ago and still enjoying it to this day. Hopefully more will come out on PS. Keep it up Jae Lee..you sir have got a heart for Martial Arts and posses the talent for your work of art to be on top of this genre on every console outthere..Thanks a lot and God Bless you bro you are the best 🙏
Discovered and bought yesterday on my xbox one S, this game is really amazing! I love it! I look forward to the second on console !!! But why are there fewer characters? Are they hiding or unlockable? Best regards.
Don’t have a PC but I am thinking about getting one to play this. This would be awesome on a console. It would change the game. Straight Kung Fu, no projectiles and what not. As one who has over 100 Kung Fu flicks on my DVR, I know all of these characters. I have all the Shaw Brothers movies and then some. Seeing some of the Venom Mob really brought me back. My favorite movie fighters is on this game.

Her favourite Kung Fu movie is the young master. Can't blame her that bench fight between Jackie and Yuen Biao is a peach! Plus that end fights like an hour long! Great movie. Have you got a Hwang Jang-Lee character in either of the games?Serious badass that guy is in real life too. Killed a guy during his time in the Korean army during the Vietnam war. Knife fighting expert wouldn't leave him alone and Jang-Lee kept refusing to fight him, he then tried it anyway! Big mistake... Guy was dead before he hit the ground. 1 kick. Jae Lee.. Awesome man, really its Insane. This is the best fighting game ever.. I have seen tekken, mortal kombat, street fighter but they aren't my type. This game is going to be Super Hit.. Keep it up man. Buying the game. Hope my PC supports it.

Jae Lee I really want this thing on android. The android version of tekken sucks.. I don't like how it uses cards for combos and to generate different kind of moves We want the controller type, where we can use key for punch, Kick, etc.. Not Cards. Have u played tekken 6 on Android using Ppsspp emulator..? I want something similar to that type of controller. I love the android game "Bruce Lee:the dragon warrior". Fantastic game

Just bought this today. I FREAKING LOVE this game!!!! Unfortunately I just found out there's a second one!?? So I'm guessing there's not going to be updates made to this one? Regardless I'm very glad and thankful to the wonderful creators!

When Bruce Lee is standing and not fighting.. He should do little bit if Jogging like the way he does in his movies. I don't see his summer Sault kick also.. Jackie Chan looks solid. What a beautiful game

omg yes... lot of and real martial arts moves ! finally good one... i wish in more budget to make a game like that with more high standards... for example a system like Dead or Alive (triangle system, countersattack, prjection etc etc
