His skill has improved drastically from day 1 and he’s an all-time great. Steph Curry was always called too small and people didn’t want him, but he kept going and he a four time champ and a two time finals MVP. Jimmy Butler got kicked out of his house at 13 and was homeless, but he stuck through the grind. Joel Embiid didn’t start playing basketball until he was 16 and got made fun of for his lack of skill, but he ain’t quit. He missed the first two and a half years of his career, now he’s an MVP candidate. Damian Lillard grew up in a horrible neighborhood and nearly got shot when he was a teenager and went to a small college, but he didn’t quit, he kept grinding. Serge Ibaka lost both of his parents when he was 13, but he kept going and now he’s a champion. Derrick Rose had a rough childhood and grew up without a dad, but he didn’t quit. He’s a former MVP. John Wall lost his father at a young age and was known as a criminal, but thanks to his mom he managed to change his act and he kept grinding. These guys don’t know the meaning of quit.
