Love the sit down content! Would love any content re: if being a NICU nurse is sustainable longterm physically/emotionally and how that may vary with each NICU acuity level… considering NICU as a nurse but it’s hard to know if I should make the switch and if it’s a good longterm option for my nursing career!

NICU would be a dream! I'm about to graduate nursing school. Not sure how to break into NICU. I'd even take nights if need be! I'm also an INFJ like you.
