The thing is ... I love eating meat and I still do! But your recipes are just so amazing...everything I've learned about food, even though I don't have any diseases and I am neither vegeterian, nor vegan ... I LOVE YOUR BOOKS AND RECIPES! Keep up the great work

Love it!!! Yet to find a product of yours I don't love. I have so many food intolerances it's so hard for me to eat but nearly all of your products and recipes I can eat.. and your deli is my favourite place to visit in London for breakfast and lunch (and coffee and cake!) Xxx

Congratulations! I love your recipies and have tried almost all of them😀! I like how they are bases for what you have on hand or like. If I do not have an ingrediant😣... IT IS OK! @@alexiawagner2514 I do not mind at all😁. The problem is probably the level of heat. Try turning it down to med or slightly above, depends on you burners all are different. I use cast iron or a griddle pan. If you use steel there will need to be more fat to keep from sticking. These pancakes are wet, plus the use of gluten free flour does not help. Gluten free baking needs some tinkering and different mind set. So try using the lower heat, let me know if that helps.🥞 Happy pancake journey!😎
