Im sure this teacher is qualified to teach, and I love that you are sharing your passion with people! Even though this is intended to be a sweaty and fast paced class I feel it would be best if you took more time to align within each pose and to fully get into the pose. This is one of the most important aspects of yoga properly coming into alignment during ever transition. Keep doing your videos and happy to see you have such a successful channel! 😁
This is similar to my soul / heated / lights out / fast like this / verbally told your steps so good 😊 I luv this there are so many types of yoga 🧘♀️ teachers do there own thing make it there own a special find it’s not always your type of class this just may not be for u all yoga is NOT the same there are slower yoga out there
@@joansmith6844 speed shouldn't justify being out of alignment. Agreed there are many different types of yoga, but they should all carry the proper foundations. Blessings my friend

Vinyasa yoga teachers sequence their classes to smoothly transition from pose to pose, RESTORATIVE a delicious way to relax and soothe frayed nerves. IYENGAR, pronounced "eye-yen-gar"). yengar is a very meticulous style of yoga, with utmost attention paid to finding the proper alignment in a pose.HATHA:Hatha yoga is a generic term that refers to any type of yoga that teaches physical postures. Anusara : seeks to use the physical practice of yoga to help students open their hearts,I myself do not like FLOW , it’s heated and moving on your own - it’s fast passed .. this is not my cup of tea- my favorite I like vinyasa: this may be even too fast for you - I like SOL , it’s Heated Guided class that is similar to a vinyasa goes from pose to pose quickly - it’s fast so u are sweaty and moving , So Good . This is way tooo fast and too much exercise for you - So many styles to choose fast or slow if you specifically like a slower and you go slow it’s not that hard you gotta follow what your heart & body wants. But also there are different kinds of instructors some suck some there classes are full with a waiting list for miles ..
@@olivialuna222 this was perfect alignment ☝️☝️💪💪. U just may need a very VERY slow yoga movement .. this was on the quicker side of yoga just say it it’s not what u like 👍 but it is in alignment and perfect she is awesome 👏

I’ve done this flow 3 or 4 times (all within the last week) and my triceps are already feeling stronger. I had my daughter in February and I used to do yoga a lot, as well as other activities, but I’m so out of shape right now. Using this flow repeatedly is helping me get back into shape without over exerting myself 💕

When Ella says Wobbly’ during the second half moon pose, I always anticipate it and say Wobbly’ to myself. My second half moon always collapses. So, during my practice this morning, I accidentally started with my left side and it was perfect. My right side, which is always perfect (for me:)) was shaky!! The body responds to our thoughts and it’s quite amazing🥰
Heh, that's so funny.. I've been following this routine for many months and I have just had the same experience as you, accidentally changing sides my anticipation of it causes me to wobble even on my right. Haha Funny I noticed your comment the same day I did it too! 😁

wow so i’m a dancer and i’ve tried yoga before and never liked it, but I LOVED THIS! felt so intentional, stretched places I didn’t know needed stretching, and relieved so much stress and made me feel so good that i even got a lil teary eyed at the end 😅 thanks!
