1:25 Yes, the Costco version has the 12v car charger and a fan storage cover. I bought one from Costco last week.

My issue with mine is when its moving. When it's oscillating, it goes too wide from side to side. It oscillate a full 90 degrees so truthfully I feel like it is barely ever blowing on me.

Actually you can buy it normaly in Europe with all fitting cords. At least in Germany. If it is not available in your country it would probably be best to order the german version.
